What Size Containers do you offer?

10 -15 Yard Container - 12 ft. long by 8 ft. wide by 4 ft. high
20 Yard Container - 22 ft. long by 8 ft. wide by 4.5 ft. high
30 Yard Container - 22 ft. long by 8 ft. wide by 6 ft. high
40 Yard Container - 22 ft. long by 8 ft. wide by 8 ft. hi

What Size Container do I Need?

You will typically need a larger size container than you think. Walls and other debris have a tendency to expand as you take them apart. Consider the following as a guideline:
10 - 15 cu yd - deck removals (+-250 sq. ft) , roof shingles (+_ 1500 sq.ft), Yard debris, small basement or garage cleanout, or a small kitchen & bath remodelling job
20 cu yd - deck removals (+-350 sq. ft), roof shingles (+_ 5500 sq.ft), large house flooring and carpet removal, large basement, attic, or garage cleanup;
30 cu yd - new home construction, siding or window replacement for a small to medium size home, demolition of a garage
40 cu yd - window or siding replacement for a large home, new construction or major addition, commercial roof tear off or cleanout, large amount of trash, paper, or cardboard.

What about Driveway or Concrete?


Remember, concrete is heavy. Most disposal locations go by weight. Also, there is a weight limit to what a truck can pick up and carry on highways. Heavier loads (concrete, rock and dirt, etc.) are more weight than volume. Usually you can only fill the container one quarter to half full.

Where can I Place the Container?


Normally, anywhere you wish. Make sure our driver has plenty of room to maneuver and wont get stuck! Remember – heavy loads may damage existing driveways and always leave room for the driver to pick up the container when you are ready.
If you leave a container in the street be sure to place danger cones on both ends of the container.

Will I Need A Permit?


Check with your local building permit office if it's going on the street. This is your responsibility and it’s very important! If you have room to place the container on your own property, you won't have this problem.
